Tell us a little about your business:

Our mission is to provide compassionate, strategic, and results-driven legal services that empower individuals, families, and businesses within the LGBTQ+ community—and anyone in need of trusted legal guidance—to navigate the complexities of immigration law and plan confidently for their future with dignity and clarity.

We believe that every person deserves to feel safe, supported, and fully seen—especially when pursuing opportunities, stability, and family unity in the United States. Immigration is more than a legal process; it is deeply personal. For many LGBTQ+ individuals, it also involves unique challenges, including identity-based vulnerabilities, past discrimination, or fear of returning to unsafe environments. Our mission is to stand as both advocate and ally, ensuring that each client’s story is heard, respected, and effectively presented.

We are committed to delivering high-quality legal representation tailored to the needs of the LGBTQ+ community while remaining accessible to all individuals and families seeking reliable legal support. Our services include family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, employment-based visas, and complex cases involving waivers or prior immigration history. We approach every case with a trauma-informed and culturally competent perspective, recognizing that trust, discretion, and empathy are essential.

In addition to immigration services, we proudly offer estate planning to help individuals and families protect what matters most. This includes wills, trusts, and powers of attorney— Estate planning for LGBTQ+ couples often requires thoughtful and strategic provisions to ensure partners are fully protected in any event. We incorporate specific legal safeguards so that our clients’ wishes remain effective and enforceable regardless of potential changes in marriage laws, providing lasting security and peace of mind.

Our work is grounded in integrity, clarity, and accessibility. We prioritize transparent communication so clients understand their options, risks, and strategies at every stage. We take pride in preparing our clients not only legally, but also with the confidence to move forward.

Beyond individual representation, our mission extends to strengthening and uplifting the LGBTQ+ business and professional community, while also supporting the broader community at large. We aim to be a trusted legal resource for entrepreneurs, employers, and organizations seeking guidance on immigration compliance and inclusive practices. By supporting businesses that value diversity, we contribute to a more equitable and thriving environment for everyone.

We also believe in education and outreach. By partnering with organizations like the LGBTQ Chamber, we provide accessible information and resources that empower individuals to make informed decisions about their legal options and long-term planning.

At our core, we are committed to advocacy with purpose—creating pathways, protecting rights, and supporting the diverse communities we serve every step of the way.

What's a recent success story or milestone you're proud of?

A recent milestone I’m especially proud of is successfully guiding multiple clients through complex immigration processes with approvals issued on the spot at their interviews. These cases often involved nuanced legal and factual issues, requiring careful strategy, thorough preparation, and strong advocacy. Seeing families walk out with immediate approvals—after months or years of uncertainty—is incredibly meaningful. It reinforces why I focus not only on the legal work, but also on preparing my clients to feel confident and supported every step of the way. I’ve also expanded my practice to include estate planning, allowing me to help families protect not just their status, but their future and legacy.

What do you love most about being part of this Chamber?

What I appreciate most about being part of this Chamber is the strong sense of community and collaboration. It’s a space where businesses and professionals come together to support one another, promote inclusion, and create meaningful opportunities for growth and impact.

What would you like our Chamber members to know about your business which isn’t necessarily obvious?

What may not be obvious is that my approach goes far beyond filing applications—I focus heavily on strategy, risk analysis, and long-term planning. Immigration decisions today can impact future visas, permanent residency, and even travel, so I work with clients to think several steps ahead, not just about the immediate filing.

I’ve also expanded my practice to include estate planning, which is often misunderstood. You don’t need to have millions in assets to benefit from an estate plan. Anyone who owns a home, has minor children, or simply wants a say in what happens in the event of incapacity should have a plan in place. Estate planning is not just about assets—it allows you to designate guardians, outline your wishes, and decide who can make decisions on your behalf if you are unable to do so. For LGBTQ+ clients in particular, I incorporate specific legal provisions to ensure their wishes and relationships remain protected and enforceable regardless of potential changes in the law.
