Workforce SynQ

Workforce SynQ brings professionals together to explore effective strategies for growing and sustaining Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) across diverse organizational cultures. The program highlights best practices for engaging employees—whether building a new ERG or strengthening an established one, and provides space for peer-driven learning across organizations of all sizes. Discussions also examine how ERGs can serve as a strategic recruitment and retention tool, showcasing company values and attracting diverse talent.

What is the Workforce SynQ?

The business environment is full of a colorful rainbow of voluntary, employee-led groups that foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with the organizational mission, values, goals, business practices, and objectives. Some organizations call their groups Employee Resource Groups. Some call them Business Resource Groups, while others may call them Diversity Councils, Pride groups, or Affinity groups.

Regardless of the name, the purpose is the same -- LGBTQ+ Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity. To avoid confusion and ensure everyone feels welcome and included, we present "Workforce SynQ".

SynQ assembles leaders from member businesses with existing and emerging LGBTQ ERG programs to share best practices, explore relevant topics, and improve effectiveness.

Rotating monthly between online and in-person meetings, SynQ provides opportunities for creating community, resource sharing, skill development, and increased collaboration with other leaders and group members

SynQ specializes in creating Pride in the workplace year-round!
