Workforce SynQ

Workforce SynQ is a collaborative network for professionals who lead or support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Business Resource Groups (BRGs), Pride groups, Affinity Groups, and other employee-led communities.

Workforce SynQ provides a space for both emerging and established ERGs to share ideas, learn from peers, and discover practical strategies that strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture.
