Tell us a little about your business:

At Dailey Aesthetics & Hormone Clinic, we believe everyone deserves to feel confident, healthy, and at home in their own skin. That belief is at the heart of everything we do - and it’s why we are proud to serve the LGBTQ+ community as a welcoming, affirming space where your whole self is celebrated.

Founded by Parker Dailey, our clinic brings together two powerful pillars of care: advanced aesthetic treatments and comprehensive hormone health services. We understand that looking good and feeling good are deeply connected - and that for many of our patients, addressing both is life-changing.

On the hormone health side, we offer bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), testosterone therapy, and thyroid support - services that are especially meaningful for patients navigating gender-affirming hormone care, perimenopause, menopause, andropause, or simply trying to feel like themselves again. We take the time to truly listen, run thorough labs, and build personalized treatment plans that honor each patient’s unique goals and identity.

On the aesthetics side, we are proud to offer some of the most cutting-edge treatments available today. Our Picofy picosecond laser by InMode addresses melasma, hyperpigmentation, café-au-lait spots, acne scars, freckles, and tattoo removal - including all ink colors and skin types I through VI. We also offer Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling for skin tightening and contouring, and neurotoxin treatments to smooth fine lines and refresh your appearance.

Whether you’re seeking hormone balancing, managing a skin condition that’s affected your confidence, or simply ready to invest in yourself, we meet you where you are, without judgment. We know that finding a provider you trust can feel daunting, especially within the LGBTQ+ community. At Dailey Aesthetics & Hormone Clinic, inclusivity isn’t a policy - it’s who we are. Every patient who walks through our doors is treated with dignity, respect, and individualized attention.

We are honored to be members of the LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce and to stand alongside businesses that share our commitment to building a community where everyone belongs.

What's a recent success story or milestone you're proud of?

We have been able to use my Morpheus8 radio frequency microneedling to help a patient feel better about himself by greatly reducing the appearance of his stretch marks. He no longer gets asked, "wow, did you get attacked?" and he is no longer self conscious taking his shirt off.

We recently had a female patient break down in tears in our office after we helped her get relief of menopause symptoms. She stated, "I honestly don't feel like I'm going crazy anymore."

We have been able to help married couples stay together after starting them both on TRT/HRT therapies. They both have their libidos back, lowered anxiety, have more energy to travel, and are able to get back to doing their favorite hobbies together.

What do you love most about being part of this chamber?

We like the number of resources that are available. Everything is covered: from real estate, to healthcare. We also enjoy the networking opportunities that help us and our business feel supported.

What would you like our chamber members to know about your business which isn’t necessarily obvious?

We provide sexual health treatments for both men and women.

The APEX RF uses radio frequency to help promote the development of new blood vessels and nerve growth to help with erection strength and sensation where traditional oral medications have failed patients, or they have lost effectiveness.

We have pelvic floor therapy for our female patients. This is beneficial for females that have some sort of stress/urgency incontinence. the VTone does pelvic floor contractions for you. I also have FormaV and Morpheus8V to help with vaginal dryness, sensation, laxity, and remodeling.

We have about a 90% gay male patient base, we are trying to bring awareness that we are starting to do STI testing, and we are also heavily invested in peptides to help with liver function, energy, mental clarity, anti-aging, and injury recovery.

We have medical grade supplements and injectables for IV infusion.

What benefits have you found being an LGBTBE?

Representation matters in healthcare. As a gay provider, I know how rare and meaningful it is to sit across from someone who truly understands your experience. That's the standard of care I've built Dailey Aesthetics & Hormone Clinic around - affirming, judgment-free, and deeply personal.
