The iLoveKC Team at LeaderOne Financial is a Kansas City-based mortgage team dedicated to delivering strategic lending solutions for homebuyers, homeowners, and referral partners throughout the KC metro. We combine local market expertise with a client-first approach to help individuals and families confidently navigate every stage of the home financing process. Serving communities across Kansas and Missouri, we specialize in conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, and refinance loans. Our team provides tailored guidance designed to align with each client’s long-term financial goals, ensuring a smooth and informed path to homeownership.

What's a recent success story or milestone you're proud of?
We have seen significant growth, both on our loan officer team as well as our business development team in the last two years. Last year we saw growth from each of our loan officers, as well as the existing business development team in terms of families helped and the amount of impact we have been able to make in our community through our work.
What do you love most about being part of this chamber?
The opportunity that it gives us to make new connections within the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as allies, has been a great way for us to provide solutions for not only potential home buyers, but also for helping current home owners with their finances through debt consolidation, refinances, and financial literacy.
What would you like our chamber members to know about your business which isn’t necessarily obvious?
While our main focus is home buying, investing, and debt consolidation, we also have a desire to get involved with our community and give back. We have partnered closely with a real estate team, and for the past two years we have co-hosted a drag show fundraiser benefiting an LGBTQIA+ organization each time.
