Pride 2026 Recap: Celebrating Kansas City’s LGBTQ+ & Allied Business Community

221A9763

As Pride Month comes to a close, we're reflecting on everything we had the privilege to celebrate with our incredible community.

This Pride season, we honored the businesses, leaders, and advocates strengthening our region at the 2026 Business Pride Awards. We proudly marched in the Pride Parade, sponsored PrideFest, brought members together through Workforce SynQ to learn about LGBTQ+ history before Stonewall and Kansas City's role in it, connected with community members at Pride events across the metro, and had the opportunity to present Governor Laura Kelly with her Government Official of the Year Award in person.

We also shared the Spring Pride Magazine, highlighting member milestones, impactful stories, and the businesses making a difference throughout our communities. We brought our Business Pride Awards nominees and winners back together to continue building meaningful connections and celebrating one another's success.

We're proud to help champion and connect the LGBTQ+ and allied business community in Kansas City all year long. Thank you to every member, volunteer, sponsor, partner, and supporter who helped make this month so meaningful. We can't wait to continue building a stronger, more inclusive business community together.
