The Chamber was proud to celebrate the official ribbon cutting of Public House, Kansas City’s newest neighborhood gathering spot, located right next door to its parent company, PH Coffee. Guests can even access Public House directly through the coffee shop, making it an easy transition from morning brew to evening hangout.
Chamber members, community partners, and neighbors gathered to learn more about what makes Public House unique—starting with their creative “punch program.” The team shared how their rotating menu of spiked and alcohol-free punches is designed with accessibility in mind, and their menu offers a range of price points so everyone in the neighborhood can feel welcome.
Guests were treated to a beautiful display of punch samples, both spirited and non-alcoholic, along with a spread of delicious appetizers from the Public House menu. It was the perfect way to get a taste of the space and its vibe: warm, inviting, and rooted in community.
We also heard remarks from the Public House team and our Chamber Board President, who spoke about the importance of supporting local, values-driven businesses. The celebration wrapped up with an official ribbon cutting, marking an exciting new chapter for Public House.
