Centric Projects is soliciting MBE/WBE subcontractors/supplier bid proposals for the Muehlebach Apartments located at 105 W. 12th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64105.
This will be an LCRA project. No prevailing wage is segmented. MBE/WBE goal of 15% each.
Proposals must be submitted on or before April 24th, 2026 by 12:00 PM via email to bids@centric.build.
Scopes of work to bid: final clean, demolition, concrete, masonry, metals, millwork, roofing & sheet metal, doors/frames/hardware, glass & glazing, framing & drywall, tile, acoustical ceiling, flooring, painting, specialties, appliances, furnishings, elevators, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical.
Pre-bid site visits scheduled for Monday April 13th, 2026 at 1 PM and Tuesday April 14th, 2026 at 9 AM. Bidders are encouraged to attend one site visit.
