Tell us about the mission of your non-profit:
E3 was founded to Embrace, Empower and Encourage youth and families. We champion better self-understanding because it leads to better self-management, enabling your child to operate at their full, natural potential. Our mission is making Kolbe assessments available to disadvantaged kids and teens in the KC metro area.
What's a recent success story or milestone you're proud of?
We constantly hear a teen tell us things like "I feel like I have been seen for the first time" or "This makes so much sense why a list stresses me out." The child actually sits up straighter with pride. It is truly incredible. We are celebrating 10 years as a non-profit.
How can our Chambers best support and be involved with your non-profit?
Word of mouth for any parents you know with a 10 year old and up. Also any business that would like a teambuilding workshop. This aligns the entire work team with their natural strengths. By partnering with E3 for your Kolbe consulting, we can expand the meaningful impacts of the assessments to many people.
