Celebrating Becoming You Coaching’s LGBTBE Certification

We’re proud to celebrate Becoming You Coaching on their recent LGBTBE® certification. Founded by Vicki Webster, Becoming You is a life coaching practice dedicated to helping people thrive through change.

Through her coaching work, Vicki partners with clients to clarify their values, identify meaningful goals, uncover what may be holding them back, and develop practical strategies for moving forward. Grounded in positive psychology, the coaching process blends curiosity, reflection, and actionable tools that support meaningful and lasting transformation.

The inspiration for Becoming You came after Vicki experienced significant life changes of her own. During that time, coaching and positive psychology helped her navigate uncertainty and emerge with greater clarity and agency. That experience—combined with years of coaching and supporting people throughout her career as an HR leader—ultimately inspired her to become a certified life coach and launch Becoming You.

At its core, Becoming You is built on the belief that life coaching isn’t about “fixing” yourself or simply thinking more positively. Instead, it’s about exploring your vision for your life and creating a plan that helps you move toward it with intention, connection, and joy.
